Before reporting any bugs, be sure to include this information!
Labels: These help us tell what kind of bug we're dealing with at a glance.
Where: Be sure to include which page the bug occurred on. A link is preferred, but just a page name is fine.
How: Let us know what you did to encounter the bug. This helps us replicate and confirm that the bug exists.
What: Most importantly, give a description! Try to describe the bug to the best of your ability.
Version number: This not only lets us know when a bug occurred/appeared, but whether or not a previous attempted bug fix has worked. The version number is located at the bottom of every page.
Screenshots: (optional) While not required, it does help with validity.
Your thread content does not have to be listed exactly like this, but we do need all of this information in some manner so we can properly diagnose the bug.
Lastly, use the search function before reporting a bug!.
If a thread already exists: just reply to that thread. (This way we can also see how common the problem is.)
If a thread exists, but is marked as "resolved": create a new thread with updated information.
